At (multee)project, we stand behind our products and take pride in our quality and value. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will try our best to make you happy.
We will gladly refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in un-used, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective condition and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.

Shipping and Delivery
We are excited to offer both domestic shipping and international shipping to over 100 countries.
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days of purchase.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic (USA) Fixed Shipping Rate for Type-2 Carabiner only:
USPS First-Class Mail (5-9 business days): $8.00
We primarily use USPS to deliver our orders. The parcel delivery service may require a signature of acceptance at the time your parcel is delivered and therefore we are unfortunately unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
International Shipping
International Fixed Shipping Rate for Type-2 Carabiner only:
USPS Priority Mail (up to 3 weeks): $28.00
Delivery time frames vary by country and specific dates will be confirmed during checkout. Please note that any delays by your local customs authorities are not accounted for in the delivery quote.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and the recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. Customs clearance or any other charges required by the destination country is the customer’s responsibility. If you have any questions related to customs charges, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
